Once your item has been shipped, we are not liable for your package. It is your duty as the customer to track and contact your local post office with updates to your package.
**if your item happens to be out of stock we will not ship your order. You will be notified for an item replacement or refund.
RETURNS & EXCHANGES
Our Return Policy is As Follows:
Once we received your order EXCHANGES ONLY are accepted within 7 days of your order once we received your package. All EXCHANGES must be approved by The Difference Boutique and you will be notified via email address or phone number included on your account when you made the purchase. Items must be returned unused condition. Shipping costs are non-refundable and all costs for return shipment are the responsibility of the customer. Please email us within 24 hours of receiving your package at info@shopthedifferenceboutique before returning to confirm the shipping address and provide the tracking number of your return.
The parcel remains your responsibility until it arrives with us, so remember to ask for proof of postage in case it goes missing. We are not responsible for lost packages or stolen packages. Without proof of delivery we cannot provide a refund.
We’ll send you an email as soon as we’ve received your return in its original condition and apply your refund to your original payment method.
We do not include shipping costs in the refund.

2) Swim lining must be attached
3) Any un tagged or used items
4) Stockings/ Hosiery
We will only exchange your purchased item for another size if it is in stock.
