RETURNS & EXCHANGES
Our Return Policy is As Follows:
Once we received your package Returns are accepted within 7 days of your order once we received your package. All returns must be approved by The Difference Boutique and you will be notified via email address or phone number included on your account when you made the purchase. Items must be returned unused condition. Shipping costs are non-refundable and all costs for return shipment are the responsibility of the customer. Please email us within 24 hours of receiving your package at info@shopthedifferenceboutique before returning to confirm the shipping address and provide the tracking number of your return.
The parcel remains your responsibility until it arrives with us, so remember to ask for proof of postage in case it goes missing. We are not responsible for lost packages or stolen packages. Without proof of delivery we cannot provide a refund.
Please allow 1-2 weeks of payment processing.
We’ll send you an email as soon as we’ve received your return in its original condition and apply your refund to your original payment method.
We do not include shipping costs in the refund.

Merchandise must have all tags, including any The Difference Boutique hangtags, attached.
Merchandise must be unworn and unwashed.
All footwear returns must include the original shoebox in its original condition.
We will only exchange your purchased item for another size if it is in stock.
We take great care to describe our vintage collection accurately, and provide all the information you need to know in order to be happy with your purchases from us.
By placing your order online or by telephone, you acknowledge that you have had the opportunity to review The Difference Vintage’s sales policy to the extent you are familiar with it and you accept the terms and conditions, including return policy, limitations, exclusions and disclaimers in them.
As a customer of The Difference Boutique, it is your responsibility to review The Difference Boutiques Sales and Return policy. This policy is updated from time with little or no notice to you. Your continued use of The Difference Vintage’s service(s) constitutes an automatic acceptance of changes we may make to our policy. Once you have paid The Difference Boutique, this policy becomes effective immediately.
